Is it real leather?

  • Unlike other brands that mislead customers by using the word leather to sell fake leather products, we have clearly mentioned the leather and type in the product title and description, such as pure leather or genuine leather, suede leather, etc.

  • Depending on the preparation method, real leather is classified into several types.

  • Product titles that contain synthetic leather are made from synthetic leather.
  • People who prefer real leather generally do not prefer synthetic leather because there are much cheaper materials available in synthetic, but we ensure that the best available genuine or synthetic leather is used in the production.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Cash on Delivery or Prepaid?

  • Both payment modes are safe.
  • We use India's best payment gateways, like Razorpay, PayU, PhonePe, etc., for online payment.
  • We have to pay extra charges to the shipping company in COD mode; that's why we provide a 10% extra discount to customers in prepaid mode (no coupon required).
  • We don't know exactly why this is so, but as we observed, the shipping company delivers the product more quickly in prepaid mode.
  • It is completely up to your choice which payment mode you choose as per your convenience.

Which size should I order?

  • We suggest you take your measurements as per the given method and find your size from the size chart.
  • If you have any confusion in choosing your size, you can contact us for guidance.
  • Or you can simply place the order, later you will get a call from our team to confirm the order, you can then ask your queries related to the product and correct size.
  • Exchange is available and completely free, but it is good to order as per the size chart to avoid wasting time in exchange.
