• An automatically generated invoice will be displayed during the order placement, but a detailed invoice will be sent to you by email and included with the product upon delivery. The detailed invoice will include all applicable terms and conditions and will be considered the main and only invoice or bill.
• All services provided will be based on the terms and conditions mentioned in the detailed invoice. If any violation of our terms and conditions is found on your part, we reserve the right to refuse service for any purchased product or future purchases. We may also block your account.
• The detailed invoice for the ordered product will include the total box weight of the product. If you notice that the weight of the received product does not match the stated weight, please record an unboxing video. This will help our team validate the claim of receiving the wrong product. If the weight of the product differs significantly from the stated weight, please do not accept the product.
